About Sizable Energy
Sizable Energy is an innovative deep-tech startup pioneering offshore pumped-brine PHES (Pumped-Hydro Energy Storage). Our revolutionary approach offers a scalable, sustainable solution to balance variable renewable energy sources globally. By leveraging components from established offshore wind and marine industries, we are positioned to become a leader in the Long Duration Energy Storage (LDES) market.
The Role
As we accelerate our commercialization roadmap, we are looking for a Project & Procurement Engineer to build and manage the critical supply chain for our next growth phase. You will act as the bridge between technical project management and strategic procurement, managing high-value components for industrial deployment.

- Technical Alignment: Act as the primary interface between internal engineering teams (Mechanical, CFD) and international suppliers to resolve technical and scheduling issues.
- Strategic Sourcing & Execution: Issue RFQs, conduct rigorous technical/commercial analysis of proposals, and execute Purchase Orders (PO).
- Vendor Development (SRM): Scout and qualify global suppliers to build long-term, high-value relationships for future commercial plants.
- Contract Management: Draft and negotiate comprehensive Terms & Conditions (T&C) and Technical Purchase Specifications (TPS).
- Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Oversee acceptance tests, inspections, and manage non-conformity resolutions.
- R&D Support: Lead specific procurement efforts for experimental test campaigns and component endurance testing.

Education & Experience:
Master’s degree in Naval, Mechanical, Energy, or Management Engineering.
3+ years of experience in hybrid roles (Technical Procurement, Project Engineering, or Supply Chain) within an industrial, plant, or R&D context.

Solid skills in sourcing technical suppliers and managing private tenders.
Competence in complex supply contract negotiation.
Languages:
